Google review response rate checker

See what customers see. We check your recent Google reviews and grade how well you respond. Free, instant, no signup.

How the grade works

We read your most recent public Google reviews and count how many got an owner reply, then grade that response rate the way a researching customer would. For context, the typical local business answers only about a quarter of its reviews, so even a steady reply habit puts you ahead of most competitors. A four or five-star review takes seconds to answer in your voice; the negative ones are where a careful reply matters most.

Scored low? Start newest first. Our review request templates and guide to responding to reviews make it a ten-minute job, or you can automate the replies so your response rate stays at 100 percent on its own.

Frequently asked questions

What does the grader check?

We look at your most recent Google reviews (up to 20) and count how many received an owner response, then grade the response rate the way a researching customer would.

Why does responding matter?

89% of consumers expect businesses to respond to reviews, 80% are more likely to use a business that responds to every review, and Google itself recommends responding. Silence is read as indifference.

Is my data stored?

No. We read the public reviews on your profile, compute the grade in the moment, and store nothing about your business.

My grade is bad. What now?

Start replying, newest first. Our free response templates make it a ten-minute job, and answering consistently is one of the cheapest competitive advantages in local business.
